Yes, it's time for a change. And you know what? It's totally doable. I certainly wasn't always like this and don't have to always be like this. I can totally be selfish - and I say that with absolutely no negative connotations to the word. The world can deal with their own feelings and their own worries. I don't have to be cruel, I just have to stop being selfless.
Selflessness never gets you anywhere. And in all honesty, do I even want to be that person?
