Happy Birthday Adam! Happy Mother's Day!
And how awesome a house mate am I? I totally saved Seann's ass from the depths of hell today. He forgot it was mother's day and subsequently there was a mad scramble for the house phone.
Hi Mum! Happy mother's day.. I love you (and was totally thinking about you all day and certainly didn't forget for one second..).
Anyway... I need to finish my essay by tonight, but my brain seem way too distracted by just about anything non-essay related. I think Cameron ended up calling Liz after all. That guy is a piece of work I tell you...
But anyway... I'm here blogging and wasting time in the hopes that my efforts to rid my head of all the fluff and distractions will work.
I decided to watch Hitch-hikers Guide instead of read it just yet. I don't know.. I picked it off the shelf and flipped through it but it looked oddly childish and a tad bit boring. I mean... I don't really like sci-fi films, what on earth makes me think I can read the thing from cover to cover? I guess I was hoping it was written for someone older.
There were some nice books out though. Sigh...
In an alternate reality I would totally live in a bookstore.
But then I'd also want to be tiny and have fairy wings...
Terence is supposed to be here now. He's supposed to come drop off Liz's birthday present so I can give everything to her tomorrow morning. He late.
Oh! And I called Mummy today - well, obviously. She sounded happy. Daddy took her to lunch at Vivo for mother's day and bought her tons of flowers. Haha... aww man... Men can be so cute when they're awkward. Anyway, I'll probably give him a ring later when the phone is charged up.
Gah... I know 2000 words isn't that long. I write Mjelva longer facebook messages, but then why is it so hard?? *whine*
Anyway... I better get back to the toil.
